Each year I run a mothers’ day card class for a boarding house so the boys can send a card to their mum. This year there were 20 participating so I gave them a choice of 3 cards.  I make the cards relatively easy ( based on sketches I have found on other sites) so they will give it a go. As usual they were very proud of themselves and hopefully their mums like them too.

This used elegant eggplant, bravo Burgundy, very vanilla cardstock, retired old olive DSP, retired wonderful words stamp set, baroque motifs stamp set, gold brads, old olive ink, scallop punch.
This used choc chip card stock, brilliant blue retired DSP, Flower punch, antique brads, saying from one of a kind stamp set.
This used Sahara sand, pretty in pink, real red cardstock, retired summer picnic DSP, saying from occasional greetings stamp set, pink and mellow moss taffeta ribbon, nestibilitie, and my cuttlebug.

I also made  mothers day cards with a group of girl guides this week but forgot to take photos. Oh well I know the girls had fun.

I must remember to send my card to my mum!

thanks for dropping by
